Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Engineer to join our team in India.

The ideal candidate will have 3–10 years of experience in quality control and PV module technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and enhance inspection methodologies for solar energy systems.

- Lead project kickoff meetings with suppliers to discuss technical requirements.

- Conduct on-site verifications based on quality standards for solar panels and modules.

- Manage testing schedules for timely execution to ensure high-quality results.

- Analyze manufacturing/testing activities and provide insights to improve solar energy system performance.

- Prepare detailed inspection reports to identify areas for improvement.

- Coordinate inspection teams as per project schedules to ensure efficient resource allocation.

- Communicate findings, suggest enhancements, and report to the Project Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree or 3-year technical diploma in a relevant field such as renewable energy or engineering.

- Proficiency in technical drawings, specifications & procedures related to solar energy systems.

- Strong communication, ethical standards, and problem-solving skills to work effectively in a team environment.

- Expertise in Microsoft Office and renewable energy systems, including solar panel design and installation.

Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to dedicate significant time to inspection sites and travel within India and internationally.
