Seeking a skilled professional to drive our marketing efforts forward. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads.

About the Role

This is a highly motivated and experienced position responsible for creating and implementing marketing plans across our businesses.

  • Create, manage, and nurture leads through on-ground campaigns and digital platforms.
  • Develop and communicate brand guidelines throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with product managers and external agencies to produce high-quality content.
  • Lead graphic designers, marcom executives, and digital marketing executives in delivering results.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights and inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Design and implement digital strategies to boost brand visibility and attract new customers.
  • Increase traffic and brand presence on social media, our website, and other communication channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies and vendors, ensuring effective budget utilization.

Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing or Agri Business Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, particularly in the Agri/rural domain.
  • An excellent team player with a proven track record in brand management, marketing communications, market research, and digital marketing.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 6 to 8 days per month in rural markets.
  • A strong learning and problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
