**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**:

- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaign
- **Campaign Management**:

- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling messaging, content, and creative assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
- **Brand Management**:

- Manage and maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Develop brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity guidelines to ensure brand integrity and resonance with target audiences.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and website content.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members, and conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Delegate tasks effectively, manage workloads, and ensure deadlines are met.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Partner with sales teams to develop sales enablement tools, such as sales collateral, presentations, and training materials.
- Work with product teams to gather insights, feedback, and requirements for product launches and updates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,352.04 - ₹29,089.40 per month
