Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will design and develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform. You will also configure workflows, forms, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
  2. Configure workflows, forms, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
  3. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
  4. Implement and manage ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and provide optimal ServiceNow solutions.
  6. Participate in upgrade and migration activities ensuring minimal disruption.
  7. Follow best practices for coding and platform governance.
  8. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for ServiceNow solutions.
  9. Maintain proper documentation for configurations and customization.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in developing custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong understanding of workflows, forms, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
  • Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
  • Knowledge of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
