Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and management of ServiceNow workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs to optimize business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and streamline workflows, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Design and implement advanced reporting and metrics solutions to track key performance indicators, such as ticket volumes, deflection rates, and module usage.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, and UI policies.
  • Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills to drive business outcomes and process improvements.
  • Experience in audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams.
