ServiceNow ITOM Solution Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to implement and configure the ServiceNow ITOM platform, including CMDB, ITOM modules, and OT Visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, Service Graph Connector (SGC), and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of networking concepts, DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, industrial control systems, and OT network functions.
  • Create and implement automated processes using scripting languages such as Power/Shell and SQL.
  • Enhance and configure the ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform, and develop ServiceNow ITOM configurations, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.
  • Document all development, configuration, and technical details, and create training materials for stakeholders.
  • Work closely with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions and collaborate with project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow-OTM implementation and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems.
  • Ability to script automated processes using Power/Shell and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
