Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our ServiceNow instance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom applications using ServiceNow's Flow Designer, business rules, and client/server scripts.
  • Create catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop strong knowledge of domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, such as identity platforms and facilities systems, to enhance its capabilities.
  • Set up and track metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance to measure success.
  • Lead instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes to ensure smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Facilities teams to define and streamline workflows.
  • Prepare for audits, create compliance documentation, and train L1/L2 teams on governance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in developing custom applications using ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro.
  • Proven ability to work with diverse teams, including HR, IT, and Facilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
