DCS Software Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled DCS software development lead to join our engineering team.

This role involves leading the design, implementation, and testing of Distributed Control System (DCS) software solutions for various industries. You will work closely with customers across geographical locations to understand their process requirements and deliver high-quality software applications.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading project teams to ensure successful execution within budget and timeline
  • Designing, implementing, and testing DCS software applications (human interface system and associated control logic)
  • Supporting project managers with progress tracking, resource planning, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Acting as primary technical contact with customers for the entire project scope

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in DCS software application development and delivery
  • Experience in leading engineering teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
