About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the expansion of our retail presence across various channels. As a Lead Retail Expansion Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of new store openings, including conceptualization, planning, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for retail expansion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, operations, and marketing, to bring new store concepts to life.
  • Manage site selection, lease negotiations, and construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress and performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on results-driven deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with retail industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
