Job Description

As a Retail Associate, you play a pivotal role in driving sales and customer satisfaction at our stores. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Meet or exceed store sales and profit targets by inspiring consumer loyalty, serving and selling to customers, and executing store operations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Brand Attitude and Values.
  • Apply seasonal brand and product knowledge effectively during sales interactions.
  • Communicate product features and benefits clearly to address customer needs and strengthen their connection to the Brand.
  • Adhere to all established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
  • Process merchandise deliveries quickly and efficiently, and replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor.
  • Complete cash register transactions accurately.
  • Minimize loss in both the stockroom and the sales floor.
  • Perform all store operations safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members.
  • Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve performance.
