Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing and developing artificial intelligence and machine learning models, with a focus on natural language processing, computer vision, and large language models.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python, as well as experience working with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers, to create scalable and production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI/ML models tailored to business needs
  • Build, fine-tune, and deploy large language models or other deep learning architectures
  • Collaborate on data collection, preprocessing, and model evaluation
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and real-time inference
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing platforms and APIs
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
  • Experience working with large language models, NLP, computer vision, or related domains
  • Understanding of MLOps practices and tools (Docker, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and backend integration
  • Solid problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
