Job Title: AI Solutions Expert

Our team seeks a highly skilled AI Solutions Expert to spearhead the development and implementation of advanced AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage data privacy controls to prevent sensitive data from being used in AI model training, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Deliver comprehensive audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for AI usage to guarantee regulatory compliance.
  • Implement robust guardrails and moderation tools to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications.
  • Track and analyze model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports for leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  • Optimize prompt engineering and evaluate cost-performance trade-offs to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures, ensuring seamless operation of AI tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role.
  • Proven proficiency in AI tools, particularly OpenAI.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in configuring and managing AI tool environments securely and effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle complex technical issues.
