Looking for a skilled Electrical Design Lead to spearhead the development of high-quality engineering solutions for substation design and power system studies. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading project teams, mentoring junior engineers, and driving innovation in electrical engineering.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership position and contribute to the growth of our team. As an Electrical Design Lead, you will:

  • Oversee steady-state, dynamic, and transient power system studies
  • Develop and implement EMT simulations using tools like PSCAD, EMTP-RV, or RTDS
  • Analyse grid code compliance for renewable energy integration
  • Create models for inverters, FACTS devices, HVDC systems, and protection schemes

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering
  • 9+ years of experience in T&D or renewable energy sectors
  • Proficiency in tools such as ETAP, WinIGS, Dig SILENT, Easy Power, PSCAD, EMTP-RV, or AutoCAD/E3D
  • Strong understanding of grid codes (e.g., CEC, CSA, NERC, IEC standards)
