Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Conversational AI Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the group, you will be responsible for designing and developing conversational flows that meet business requirements.

Your primary focus will be on building, configuring, and optimizing conversational flows in various platforms. This includes translating business needs into structured dialogue flows, handling multiple branches, edge cases, and real-life conversation patterns.

You will also be working closely with the internal team to deliver client-ready solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability.

A strong understanding of webhooks, JSON, HTTP requests, APIs, and integrations is essential for this role. Additionally, experience with workflow automation using n8n or similar tools is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful conversational AI projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in conversational flow creation and optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in conversational AI, automation, or related fields
  • Proven expertise in conversational flow creation (not just single-prompt or multi-prompt setups)
  • Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools
  • Strong knowledge of webhooks, JSON, HTTP requests, APIs, and integrations
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Evidence of completed projects showing real conversational flows
