We're looking for passionate engineers across roles such as:

Full-Stack Developers with deep HealthTech experience

AI/ML Engineers specializing in Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP

Software Engineers skilled in RAG pipelines and intelligent agent frameworks

What You Might Work On

Depending on your background and interest, you could:

- Develop and scale AI/ML models including LLMs (OpenAI, LLaMA, Falcon, etc.)
- Build conversational AI tools using LangChain, RAG, and advanced prompting techniques
- Create production-grade full-stack applications with React, Node.js, Python
- Integrate LLM APIs and AI-native tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot)
- Work on cloud-native platforms like GCP (Vertex AI), AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker), Azure OpenAI

We'd Love to See

- 3–15 years of hands-on experience in software engineering or AI/ML
- Strong skills in Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js
- Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Experience in Healthcare IT (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) is a strong plus
- Familiarity with tools like LangChain, Hugging Face, Llama Index, and containerization (Docker)
- Understanding of Generative AI, fine-tuning (LoRA/PEFT), embeddings & RAG pipelines
