About the Job:

The Controller of Examinations is a vital position within an academic institution, responsible for overseeing examination planning, scheduling, and conduct. This key role demands strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure seamless examination management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Examination Planning: Oversee the entire examination process, from planning and scheduling to execution and result declaration.
  • Confidentiality and Integrity: Maintain confidentiality and uphold integrity in all examination-related activities.
  • Result Processing: Supervise result processing and ensure timely declaration of results.
  • Policies and Guidelines: Develop and update examination policies and guidelines as per regulatory norms.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with academic departments and administrative teams to facilitate smooth examination management.
  • Digital Transformation: Implement digital tools and technologies to modernize the examination system.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory norms regarding examinations and assessments.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree with strong academic credentials (PhD desirable). Additionally, you should possess minimum 10 years of administrative experience in examination management, preferably in higher education institutions/universities. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position. Tech-savviness with proficiency in ERP/systems for examination management is also required.
