Job Title: Artistic Leader

We are seeking a visionary Artistic Leader to spearhead projects from concept to delivery.

As an expert in creative direction, you will be responsible for translating client briefs into powerful ideas, guiding teams through every stage of production, and managing resources across multiple projects.

  • Develop compelling strategies and ideas based on client briefs
  • Ideate innovative concepts across various formats - social, digital, film, static, and experiential
  • Lead projects from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless execution
  • Oversee a team of creatives and manage resources effectively
  • Confidently pitch and present ideas to clients, demonstrating expertise
  • Collaborate with producers, designers, writers, and editors to bring ideas to life

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in a creative agency (digital or mainline)

Strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership and execution

Experience across formats: film, digital, social, experiential, static

Skilled at multitasking and project management

Excellent storytelling and presentation skills

Content-obsessed, trend-savvy, and culture-forward
