Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Analyst II to oversee policy administration and related services for life insurance policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Policy Administration: Manage the lifecycle of life insurance policies from inception to maturity.
  • Routine Recurring Processing: Perform routine tasks in support of outsourced services, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Knowledge Development: Develop expertise in assigned work processes and gain a general understanding of the client's business objectives.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Minimum 18-24 months of experience working in a BPO set up.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated desktop skills with proficiency in MS Office and email writing skills.
  • Good typing skills with a minimum speed of 25 WPM at 90% accuracy.
Desired Skills:
  • Working knowledge of US insurance, preferably life and annuities insurance.
  • Familiarity with accounting and reconciliation principles or concepts.
