We're seeking an Insurance Policy Specialist to join our team. This role involves handling premium processing, suspense, workflow queries, email inquiries, reports, and payments activities.

About the Role

This position requires a skilled insurance specialist with expertise in premium processing, suspense resolution, and workflow management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and coordination skills, as well as a basic understanding of project management principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of project documents, schedules, and trackers.
  • Support financial transactions related to payment processing.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely updates and resolutions.
  • Identify and track potential risks, issues, and changes within the project scope.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines to ensure project completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in U.S. insurance, preferably in life and annuity sectors.
