About this Role

Seeking a results-driven Operational Excellence Professional to spearhead performance transformation and enhance operational efficiency across global manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive cost improvement initiatives through process enhancements.
  • Develop and implement OEE programs, track and eliminate production losses, and establish manufacturing excellence standards.
  • Conduct value stream mapping exercises, promote Lean practices, 5S, Six Sigma methodologies, and lead continuous improvement projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, foster cultural motivation, and ensure sustainable improvements through training and skill development.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, collaborate with peers, and contribute to organizational growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering; Chemical Engineering preferred.
  • Extensive experience in implementing OE/CI projects in manufacturing environments, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, proven Lean Six Sigma experience, and strong technical skills.
  • Strong initiative, project management skills, and impact/influence abilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business discipline, at least 5-8 years' experience in project/program management, operational excellence / continuous improvement, or consulting role required. MS/MBA in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, etc., is highly valued.
