Randstad Enterprise, a global talent leader, is hiring a Performance and Commercial Excellence Business Partner to support our global strategy. Our offerings cover all aspects of the talent spectrum, including permanent employees, contingent, and contractor workforces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional/Vertical Internal Field Steering (IFS) Framework Implementation and Monitoring:
    • Deploy and consistently adopt the global IFS framework in your assigned region or vertical.
    • Monitor and validate data collection and reporting for IFS metrics.
    • Collaborate with regional teams to utilize IFS metrics effectively for daily operations.
    • Analyze data and provide insights for localized improvements.
  • Performance Analysis and Local Operational Intervention:
    • Analyze performance data to identify operational weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
    • Support the development and implementation of targeted strategies to address performance gaps.
    • Implement and track corrective actions with local leadership.
  • Commercial Performance Support and Compliance:
    • Audit customer contracts to ensure compliance with commercial terms.
    • Assess risk related to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    • Highlight trends and concerns from performance reviews across accounts.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Design, and Commercial Pricing teams to protect commercial performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for regional stakeholders on performance and commercial excellence initiatives.
    • Prepare and present performance reports and dashboards for regional leadership.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in recruitment, operational excellence, business analysis, performance management, or a similar role within a global organization.
  • Demonstrated experience with KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify trends and propose solutions.
  • A solid understanding of commercial contracts, pricing structures, and their impact on business performance.
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and experience in supporting improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.
