Job Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Senior Manager to drive transformative initiatives and enhance the employee experience.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust measurement frameworks to assess progress on complex projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to address challenges and ensure stakeholder engagement.
  • Leverage customer insights to refine strategies and enhance business solutions.
  • Cultivate relationships to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Direct and mentor a dynamic team, managing individual performance through coaching and development planning.
  • Guide stakeholders through transformational change journeys by communicating strategies and driving adoption of new initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of technology project management or delivery management experience, including 4+ years of direct people management experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience with change management, business analysis, or process analysis.
  • Proven expertise in spearheading people-centric or transformational initiatives, encompassing areas such as inclusion and belonging, skills development, talent acquisition, organizational transformation, and overall talent optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
