Analytics Specialist

About the Role

This role is pivotal in driving the automation charter for the entire supply ecosystem. The incumbent will design frameworks, unlock data-driven insights, and drive adoption of analytics tools across the business.

The position requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to transform data into business outcomes, streamline reporting processes, and build scalable solutions that empower decision-making at every level.

  • Driving strategic initiatives to improve key supply metrics and empower the supply team.
  • Leading the rollout of Tableau across the supply organization, ensuring adoption and effective usage.
  • Designing dashboards and reports to track KRAs and KPIs for the supply team.
  • Delivering actionable insights using advanced analytics and data visualization to enable data-driven decision-making and execution.
  • Automating manual reporting workflows using Python, SQL, and data engineering best practices to ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Leveraging tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, Tableau, GenAI, and data engineering workflows to strengthen analytical and automation capabilities.
  • Collaborating with Category, Revenue, and Ingo teams to accelerate growth in room nights and GMV.
  • Preparing impactful presentations and business reviews for leadership to support strategic discussions and decision-making.
