Job Description

The Technical Project Manager role involves providing comprehensive project management support across multiple projects, collaborating with colleagues and clients to develop project plans, and facilitating planning sessions to build consensus among team members.

  • Develop a working knowledge of solutions and platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop project scope of work plans and documentation.
  • Lead and/or facilitate planning sessions to build consensus among project team members regarding task definitions, sequencing, and interdependencies across a project.
  • Develop, communicate, and maintain detailed project plans.
  • Prepare project reports for project status meetings as required.
  • Identify, track, monitor, and communicate on project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of projects.
  • Monitor workflows and deadlines to ensure all team members meet project goals accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by handling questions, concerns, feedback, etc., with speed, accuracy, friendliness, and professionalism.
  • Ensure project plans deliver against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding costs, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a project management environment, education or certification in project management, proficiency in using web-based project management software, strong IT skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

  • Demonstrable evidence of being able to collaborate effectively with others, multitask, and prioritize workloads for self and others.
  • Previous experience in the talent management industry is desirable but not required.
