Program Coordinator Job Opportunity

The role of a Program Coordinator is crucial in the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with the program team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Screen candidates based on must-have skills, rate, location, and notice period; conduct brief skills checks when required.
  • Prepare, review, and submit resumes in the system; verify documentation and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate interviews end-to-end across time zones; confirm panels and logistics.
  • Maintain live pipelines, trackers, and weekly reports (submittals, interviews, offers, starts).
  • Monitor bill-rate/markup compliance and turnaround times; address blockers quickly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive results.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in program operations, coordination, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with a major VMS (e.g., Beeline/Fieldglass) and an ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday).
  • Strong resume QC, JD deconstruction, and candidate screening skills.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; Outlook/Teams/SharePoint skills.
  • Clear written and spoken English; consistent availability.
