Job Opportunity

A seasoned Legal Executive is required to deliver comprehensive legal services and support.

  • Undertake thorough research and analysis to guarantee accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements, and other contracts.
  • Prepare and review various legal documents, such as tender documents, authority letters, policies, undertakings, terms and conditions, and more.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to draft and review HR-related documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of legal agreements and documents in a secure database.
  • Perform administrative and paralegal tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Hold an L.L.B or B.L.S / LL. B. (3 Year or 5 Year Law Degree) from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excel in research, writing, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and related tools.
  • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.
