Job Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Leader to spearhead our resort engineering teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engineering policies, overseeing capital expenditure projects, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
  • Advanced certifications in facility or energy management highly valued
  • 15+ years of experience in hospitality engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
