Seeking a seasoned IT leader to spearhead our technology infrastructure and services. This pivotal role oversees daily operations, ensuring seamless performance and uptime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize and implement network availability, server performance, and system uptime initiatives.
  • Provide advanced technical support for hardware and software issues, encompassing faculty, staff, and students.
  • Manage day-to-day IT tasks and user requests, guaranteeing timely and effective resolution.
  • Implement and manage software deployment, updates, and patching across the university's systems.
Technical Requirements:
  • Proficiency in administering Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy).
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, Firewalls, Routers, Switches).
  • Experience with Firewall, Endpoint Protection System (EPS), and Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) administration.
  • Hands-on experience with database management (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
