Job Role: Automotive Relationship Builder

We are seeking a skilled professional to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients in the Australian market. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective customer interactions.

You will be responsible for developing strategies to address customer needs, identifying key stakeholders in client companies, and resolving customer complaints efficiently. Your ability to foster positive relationships and promote high-quality sales processes will be essential to achieving business objectives.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and provide expert advice on customer relationship management practices. Your technical knowledge of cars will also be valuable in conducting virtual inspections via Google Meet.

To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to think strategically. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
