Role Overview:

Eastman Auto & Power Ltd is seeking a seasoned and visionary marketing professional to lead its integ rated marketing function. This role blends strategic brand leadership with hands-on digital execution, aimed at driving growth, enhancing visibility, and enabling sales. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in creative direction, brand storytelling, and campaign management across both traditional and digital ecosystems.

International exposure and experience working with global markets will be considered a strong advantage.

Role & responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Brand Leadership

Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that reinforce brand identity, elevate market positioning, and resonate across customer touchpoints.

Creative Direction & Content Strategy

Lead the development of compelling visual and narrative content across platforms. Ensure brand consistency and emotional resonance through storytelling, design, and campaign assets.

Go-to-Market & Product Lifecycle Management

Drive product launch strategies and lifecycle communications to maintain market relevance and customer engagement.

Digital Marketing & Performance Campaigns

Plan and manage performance-driven digital campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, and social media to generate traffic, leads, and conversions.

Trade & Channel Marketing

Design and execute BTL initiatives, including dealer meets, retail activations, and channel partner programs, to boost brand visibility and support sales.

Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

Develop and optimize lead funnels using marketing automation tools, ensuring high-quality lead capture and improved conversion rates.

Analytics & Insights

Leverage tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms to monitor campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and refine strategies.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead a multidisciplinary marketing team and collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive execution and alignment.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong foundation in both traditional and digital marketing
  • Proven experience in brand management and creative leadership
  • Expertise in social media platforms and content strategy
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and collaborate across departments
  • Experience in the automotive or renewable energy sectors is preferred
  • International exposure or experience working with global teams/markets is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of a second language is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • An MBA in Marketing or a related field is highly preferred
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Marketing Analytics are a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on brand strategy and Creativity execution
  • Proven success in both B2B and B2C marketing environments
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, brand positioning, and performance marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex marketing projects
