We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of the Rangriti brand, managing it end-to-end with a strategic, creative, and analytical approach. ReportingDirect Reporting: Business Head – RangritiFunctional Reporting: Head of Marketing – BIBARole OverviewThis is an individual contributor role that requires strong ownership and hands-on execution.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for Rangriti, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive brand growth and consumer engagement across all channels. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute an integrated marketing strategy for the Rangriti brand across ATL, BTL, digital, and PR.Drive brand positioning, messaging, and consumer engagement with consistent communication across all touchpoints. Manage the brand marketing calendar, including seasonal campaigns, new collections, and key festive activations.

Lead and coordinate digital marketing initiatives such as paid media, social media, and influencer marketing. Work closely with creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure effective campaign execution and alignment with brand goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, merchandising, and retail teams to support product and retail marketing objectives.

Track performance metrics and campaign ROI; present insights and optimizations to leadership. Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to identify new growth opportunities. Requirements8–10 years of experience in brand marketing or consumer marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or retail sectors.

Strong grasp of both traditional and digital marketing channels. Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and attention to detail.
