Sr. Marketing Strategist CIS Region

Our organization seeks a seasoned Sr. Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing initiatives in the dynamic CIS market.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for the CIS region to drive brand growth and sales.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the CIS region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with local audiences.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with regional partners, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Requirements include:

  • 10-15 years of experience in international marketing, preferably within the CIS region.
  • Deep understanding of CIS market dynamics, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Russian or other CIS languages is an asset.
