Regional Administrative Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Administrative Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing regional administrative activities and operations, including defining scope and KRAs of team members, communicating and coordinating with immediate management to develop strategic program and project goals, and monitoring and reporting key project activities, plans, and progress.

  • Manage regional administrative activities and operations, including facility management, vendor management, and compliance.
  • Define scope and KRAs of team members and communicate expectations.
  • Coordinate with immediate management to develop strategic program and project goals.
  • Monitor and report key project activities, plans, and progress.
  • Manage calls and discussions, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • End-to-end examination day and non-examination day administrative activities management and team coordination.
  • Ensure zero incidents on examination day related to administrative services.
  • Recruitment, training, and talent development of team members.
  • Develop and deploy control and monitoring mechanisms for the administration team within the region.
  • Standardize processes at all examination venues.

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment.
  • Experience in soft service facility management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
