Job Overview:

We are seeking a senior Operations Manager to lead our team's performance and drive successful service delivery. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fixed income analytics, risk management, and other related areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of various client offerings and workstations, including fixed income analytics and risk management.
  • Independently support client queries, providing expert advice on fixed income instruments and their terms and conditions.
  • Become an SME in end-to-end services operations support for clients, ensuring daily deliverables are met through workflows, data validation, and process optimization.
  • Partner with regional and global leaders to effectively manage initiatives and drive operational efficiency across teams.
  • Regularly present key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals to regional and global teams, driving consistency and continuous improvement.
  • Lead projects that adhere to standards and improve processes, ensuring efficient delivery of services.
  • Act as a point of contact during shifts, providing resourceful support to the team and stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of at least 7 members, fostering collaboration and excellence.

    Eligibility Criteria:

    • A Postgraduate in MBA-Finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with experience in building effective business relationships.
    • Familiarity with fixed income products, including rates, bonds, credit, foreign exchange, and commodities.
    • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and working in a hybrid model.

    Requirements:

    • MBA-Finance degree or equivalent qualification.
    • Relevant experience in financial services, preferably with fixed income products.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
