Gemni is a leading manufacturer of machinery for sugar cones, cornetto, Cannoli, Biscuits, Wafers etc. We are seeking a skilled Customer Care professional.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven customer support experience or marketing skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Fluency in English: verbal and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge in SAP B1 is an added advantage
  • Experience with exhibitions/expo preferred

We require someone who can:

  • Manage large amounts of emails, calls, and other customer interactions
  • Generate sales leads and coordinate between the organisation and customers
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • FOLLOW COMMUNICATION PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES
