Your Role

As a support specialist for our ecosystem operations team, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our partner program by responding to inbound requests from partners and internal stakeholders.


  • Act as liaison with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Lead business process improvements, tool maintenance, and data clean-up projects.
  • Establish partnerships with key stakeholders to drive alignment and success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume cases using an email-based ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Support business domain ownership and stakeholder management.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in case management, customer service, and communication.
  • Experience with G-suite, ServiceNow, SFDC, and data governance activities.
