Job Overview

The role of Legal Director is instrumental in our journey towards delivering economical residential solutions and establishing ourselves as a trustable and reliable brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all company operations adhere to legal standards through meticulous compliance monitoring.
  • Consult on legal matters, prepare comprehensive legal documents, and address complex legal issues that arise.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior management, ensuring they are informed and compliant with all legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Law and Legal Compliance, experience in Legal Consulting and addressing Legal Issues, proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and lead a team.

A Bachelor's degree in Law or related field is essential, and a Master's degree or specialization is highly desirable. Relevant experience in the real estate or residential sector is also advantageous.
