**Description**
- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations of patients, including physical examinations, medical history review, and diagnostic tests, to assess their health status and formulate treatment plans.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and medical conditions, prescribing medications, treatments, and therapies as appropriate.
- Monitor patients' progress, response to treatment, and changes in health status, and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide preventive healthcare services, including health screenings, vaccinations, and counseling on lifestyle modifications, disease prevention, and health promotion.
- Educate patients and their families about preventive measures, early detection of diseases, and strategies for maintaining overall health and wellness.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide urgent medical care to stabilize patients, manage acute conditions, and coordinate transfer to higher levels of care as needed.
- Perform emergency procedures, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), intubation, and wound care, according to established protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members, including nurses, specialists, therapists, and support staff, to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive, multidisciplinary treatment plans.
- Refer patients to specialists, diagnostic facilities, and other healthcare providers for further evaluation, management, or specialized care as indicated.
