We are seeking a diligent Site Operations Specialist

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Site Operations Specialist based in Hyderabad.

The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, ensuring quality control, managing civil and structural engineering tasks, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and objectives.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and project teams to facilitate smooth collaboration and coordination.
  • Ensure quality control and manage civil and structural engineering tasks to guarantee exceptional project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in on-site construction management and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Background in Structural Engineering and expertise in Civil Engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with emerging tech-based project management tools.
  • Prior experience in the construction industry is highly valued.
