As a data-driven Site Merchandiser, you will play a key role in shaping customer awareness and driving conversion on Amazon. In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for planning and executing site merchandising strategies, campaign management, and content optimization.

About the Role:

This role is perfect for those who thrive in e-commerce and have a passion for site merchandising. You will analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels to optimize traffic and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the site merchandising calendar, including gateway campaigns, new product launches, program-led sales, and category-wide events.
  • Track and analyze customer behavior to optimize traffic and conversion.
  • Design and refresh storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns.
  • Coordinate with design teams to create engaging marketing assets.
  • Develop and test new merchandising strategies to improve engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing (Amazon experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to learn SQL, XML, and in-house merchandising tools.
  • Experience in data analysis to optimize site performance and customer engagement.
