Job Title: Advanced Hardware Engineer

As a key member of our electronics design team, you will collaborate closely with the project leader to drive requirements management, electronics circuit design, analysis, implementation, and testing of aerospace electronics products and printed circuit cards.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in electronics component selection, analog and digital circuit design, schematic entry, and circuit analysis for tolerance, power, thermal, and worst-case analysis. Strong knowledge of board design, EMI filter design, lightning analysis, and component selection is essential.

Additionally, the selected individual should be proficient in mentorship of schematic and layout tools – Dx Designer, Hyperlynx DRC, and Hyperlynx SI. Experience with grounding and shielding techniques, as well as chassis design for good electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Electronics Design experience with High-Speed Digital or Mixed Signal Design.
  • Practical experience in Analysis/Troubleshooting of electronics circuits.
  • Ability to simplify circuits and explain underlying concepts clearly.
  • Technical guidance and leadership at project level.
  • Self-motivated with focus on results, sense of urgency, and working boundaryless.

Qualifications:

  • BE/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Power Electronics.
  • 7-8 years of experience in the field.
