Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Professional to spearhead our marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

This is a full-time role where you will touch every part of marketing, from influencer marketing to launch campaigns, email/WhatsApp campaigns, PR activities, and brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies: research, outreach, seeding, tracking, and reporting.
  • Support the development and execution of launch campaigns: digital, offline, and partnerships.
  • Design, schedule, and track email/WhatsApp campaigns to engage with customers and drive conversions.
  • Assist in PR activities: media list building, PR drops, coverage tracking, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement brand collaborations (e.g., lifestyle clubs, cafés, gyms).
  • Produce regular campaign reports and performance dashboards to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills: ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Resourceful and creative problem-solving skills: ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, wearing multiple hats as needed.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
