Executive Assistant Role Summary

\

This role involves providing strategic support to the Director, focusing on business performance analysis, project management, and external engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience as an EA to a Director, with expertise in market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven decision making.

\

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing high-quality reports, documents, and presentations for the Director\
  • Organizing meetings and ensuring the Director is well-prepared\
  • Supporting all aspects of the Managing Director's work, including appointments, travel, and accommodation\
  • Developing effective reporting metrics and tools to present business performance reports periodically\
  • Providing market intelligence through competitor analysis and market research\
  • Preparing and delivering presentations, business reports, and proposals\
  • Assisting with acquisitions and other business decisions\
  • Scheduling and managing meetings across time zones and functions\
  • Performing administrative tasks as required by the Director\

Key qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration)\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)\
