Job Overview

We seek a highly experienced consultant and operations manager to lead our consulting and operations functions. This role requires managing teams, consulting clients, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have industry experience (exports, GST, MCA, subsidy consulting, or CA firm background) and drive client delivery and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our team of consultants across service lines: GST, IGST, exports, subsidy management, MCA compliance, and corporate consulting.
  • Provide expert advisory to clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maximum benefits.
  • Oversee daily operations, guiding interns and executives to achieve deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert client needs into deliverables and support business development.
  • Design and implement efficient processes, compliance monitoring, and client reporting systems.
  • Manage client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables with complete ownership.
  • Mentor team members, set performance standards, and ensure operational discipline and professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm, chartered accountant office, or export/compliance industry.
  • Knowledge areas: GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consulting.
  • Proven track record of consulting delivery and client management.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or international business (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
  • Enthusiastic leader who is hungry for growth, detail-oriented, and passionate about building consulting excellence.
