Travel Security Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Security Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating international travel security and risk mitigation projects, identifying potential risks, and managing incidents.

This role requires strong logistical and operational understanding, excellent communication skills, and good client orientation. The successful candidate will have the ability to take decisions in high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities include overseeing and controlling travel operations and risk mitigation projects around the world, communicating directly with teams, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders during emergencies and routine situations, and documenting missions and updating work management software.

  • Oversee and control travel operations and risk mitigation projects globally.
  • Communicate directly with teams, vendors, clients, and other GSOCs during emergencies and routine situations.
  • Understand and follow security procedures.
  • Document missions and update work management software.
  • Conduct situation briefings internally and externally.
  • Participate in training sessions and exercises to maintain GSOC proficiency.
  • Research and screen major events affecting client interests.
  • Conduct after-action debriefs to identify best practices.
