Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Risk Management professional to lead operational activities in Enterprise Risk Management. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Finance, Management, or Risk Management and a strong background in risk identification, assessment, and management.

  • Lead operational activities in Enterprise Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement the Enterprise Risk Management Framework: Design, implement, and maintain a robust Enterprise Risk Management framework across the organization.
  2. Internal Control System: Develop and maintain an effective internal control system to ensure risk mitigation.
  3. Risk Identification and Evaluation: Identify, evaluate, and document control weaknesses and deficiencies; develop recommendations for improvement.
  4. Risk Registers (RCSA): Maintain and update Risk Registers (RCSA) to ensure accurate risk assessments.
  5. Business Process Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of business processes, identify gaps, and develop recommendations for improvement.
  6. Enterprise Risk Policy: Update the Enterprise Risk Policy to reflect best practices and changing regulatory/strategic scenarios.
  7. Principal Risk Owners: Assist Principal Risk Owners in identifying key risks and mitigating controls within their business units.
  8. Reporting: Prepare reports for the Risk Committee, Executive Management Team, and Board Committees.
  9. Risk Reporting Framework: Develop an integrated risk reporting framework to focus attention on critical risks.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate degree in Finance, Management, or Risk Management from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 4-8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Exchange ecosystem and operations.

Functional Competencies:

  • Principles of risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of risk identification, assessment, and management frameworks.
  • Ability to design and evaluate control effectiveness within business processes.
  • Knowledge of risk and governance standards such as COSO framework and Basel Corporate Governance Principles.
