We are seeking a seasoned business expansion expert to spearhead our global growth strategy.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading market research initiatives, developing and implementing expansion strategies, managing sales teams, and fostering partnerships with key international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global expansion strategy to promote UAE/Dubai business setup and residency solutions.
  • Nurture and build strong relationships with international partners including chartered accountancy firms, business consulting firms, immigration advisors, tax consultants, travel agencies, and corporate offices.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new channel partners in different regions to expand the company's global footprint.
  • Promote services and build connections through strategic alliances and partnerships at international trade fairs, business conferences, and networking events.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target markets, and potential industries for expansion.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements and sales contracts with international stakeholders.
  • Provide country-specific insights on regulations, market entry barriers, and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international business development, sales, or expansion management, preferably in business setup, consulting, immigration, or corporate services.
  • Strong international network and proven ability to develop strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent knowledge of global markets, business consulting, and international expansion practices.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally and adapt to different business cultures.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
