Software Tester Role

We're seeking an accomplished SDET to develop, optimize and maintain industry-leading automation frameworks in our high-growth engineering teams.

This innovative role requires a strong background in test automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, REST Assured, and experience integrating automated testing with CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of performance and security testing, agentic AI and large language models (LLMs) and be well-versed in software development life cycles.

Responsibilities:

  • Automation Framework Development: Design and build scalable automation frameworks from scratch using Java or similar languages.
  • Test Automation Strategy: Develop advanced test strategies for functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing using agentic AI and LLMs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, development, and QA teams to define intelligent test coverage leveraging AI-driven agents, automated defect tracking, and dynamic reporting.
  • CI/CD Integration: Drive the integration of CI/CD pipeline for scalable automation; lead improvements in reliability, maintainability, and rapid feedback cycles.
  • Bug Investigation and Debugging: Investigate bugs, debug applications, and automate root cause analysis through LLM-powered workflows and agentic testing solutions.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior QA and automation engineers and actively participate in rigorous code and design reviews.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Test Automation Tools: Strong proficiency in Java or a similar language; mastery with test automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Cypress, REST Assured).
  • Experience in Test Automation: Proven experience designing and building scalable automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Knowledge of Performance and Security Testing: Very strong expertise with test automation of Web Apps, complex APIs, Mobile apps.
  • Agentic Testing Applications: Knowledge of agentic testing applications, practical use of LLMs and AI in testing, and a willingness to experiment with the latest QA tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
