Job Description

As a key liaison between our finance and business teams, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless payment approvals. This involves understanding the flow of company invoices in customer setups, mapping TATs/process/owners at the customer side, and engaging with stakeholders.

In addition to this critical function, you will also be expected to have some experience (3-5 years) and maturity to comprehend the intricacies of our business. You should possess a meticulous approach, being careful with multiple manual steps, as our operations setup is quite unique.

You will be responsible for owning the end-game goal of zero credit defaults at the customer side, despite potential challenges and changes in customer-side stakeholder processes.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data management
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Strong resource coordination experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills with effective communication
  • Confidence in operational knowledge
  • Previous onboarding and resourcing experience is an asset
