Senior Digital Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage end-to-end digital campaign lifecycles, drive growth and revenue goals, and deliver high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Manage the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of large-scale digital campaigns across search, display, mobile, and video channels.
  • Collaborate with external clients to understand advertising opportunities and build relevant solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new accounts by creating effective Ads campaigns to meet growth and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate account information, forecast performance, and prioritize tasks to achieve targets.
  • Apply consultative sales methodologies for managing complex digital ad campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google AdWords, Display & Video 360, and Google Analytics, focusing on ROI tracking.
  • Implement strategies to meet agency goals and deliver high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress and performance reports to management.
  • Analyze Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing digital campaigns, driving growth, and delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic media ecosystems and demand-side platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including vlookups, string functions, logical functions, and pivot tables.
